can anybody help, i'm trying to get the keys to take out the connet unit,went to alfa but they say they dont supply, checked ebay no joy,

its easy to the connect+ simply by using Allen keys of the proper size. Something like that at the attached image. i have done this one time.

you need 2 screws or threaded bars with 4mm thread, see:
click:instructions (GT Satnav console removal)

click: pics

Either that of pull off four strong hangers hooks and use the bit that inserts into the plastic section of the hanger into the stereo
