156 V6 Front Wheel Bearing - what do I need?

I have searched-a-plenty for a guide to change front wheel bearings and am under the impression that it is a difficult task without presses etc.

I have read a recommendation to get a hub complete with bearing to make it simplier.....is this one?

Fiat Parts and Alfa Romeo Parts from Shop4Parts

Front Wheel Bearing
All Models

Part Number: S4P442
Manufacturer: Alfa Romeo

Listed Price: £73.99
Our Price: £56.97
You Save: £17.02 (23%)
Please note that All Prices Exclude VAT.

If not, and that is just the bearing, how much am I looking for the hub?

I have a mate mechanic but he has not done an Alfa and does not have any special tools - it this too difficult for us to attempt?

Thats the part you need alright. The bearing and hub are made as one part. The job is fairly easy the only part that may give you a problem is removing the old inner bearing race from the wheel hub flange. This can be done by cutting carefully with an angle grinder then splitting it. If your mate has done any front wheel bearings on any FWD car before he won't have a problem with it. Hope this helps.
