Heated Seats..

Hi Guys...

Been mucking about in the car again trying to get the heated seat buttons to work - annoying as the drivers side one wouldn't stay on and the passengers side wouldn't go off...Deep joy.

In short, does anyone know where I can get hold of the small pcb with two L.E.Ds on (the part the push switch located on the side of the seat fits onto). Or shall I just ask Jamie Porter if he can help because Alfa in Hitchin are awful...

Change the switch. They don't cost too much! My driver's side switch wouldn't stay on either so I changed the whole switch unit.

yup as pro says... just change the switch. the contacts have a terrible habit of burning out... in fact if you dismantle it you will probably find a load of melted plastic inside them!

It's certainly not worth fiddling around the the electical bits. Not sure you can get the components anyway as I think it only comes as a complete switch assembly.
