water temp

Hi everyone new to the forum first of all i would like to say hello and the next question is a bit of guidence please could someone let me know what aprox temp should the fans come in on as today left the car running and noticed that between 90-100 nothing happened so going to try and find the problem.
Any help would be appreciated,Harvey

My fan comes on at just over 90deg.
