Steering rattle

Today I changed the discs, pads and driveshaft oil seal after not having driven for a month due to the leak anyway I went out to give the pads a bedding in and discovered that on full right lock I got a horrible noise.

On full right lock I'm getting a rattle noise, sounds pretty severe and almost like someones shaking a box of nails. Any idea what the hells making this noise? I have had a look under and everythings still tight (and was torqued up as per workshop manual).

Not a bent dirt shield is it? Just asking.:

Nah, I checked all of those before I put the wheels back on

Sometimes they don't show as making contact with the disc until the wheels are on, and are then spun? Just remembering.:

I'll give them a look tomorrow. Anything else I should be looking at?

Right, being the impatient man that I am I had a look and theres nothing touching the discs. Jacked the car up and span the wheel at both locks and no noise is evident.

Ideas?
