156 exhaust getting tired - best option

I have a 2ltr TS and the exhaust is coming round to getting changed. I have noticed the centre bracket has snapped.

My question is, is it worth buying a sports system, do you really notice any performance gains or is it just style and sound (noise).

I wouldn't mind a deeper burble to be honest but NO boy racer coming round the corner bellows for me, thanks.

I have seen the cybox s/s exhausts on ebay but cybox are peco if i remember correctly and peco exhausts used to be very noisy back in the old mkII escort days ;-).

Also its a cat less exhaust again I'm not sure of the pros and cons with that option so any advice on brands prices etc would be gratefully appreciated.
