How can I check if my ECU has the latest software/patches?

How can I check if my ECU has the latest software/patches?

Heres the readings from Alfadiag:

ECU Model: Bosch Motronic ME7.3.1
Drawing No: 46815367
ECU Hardware No: 0261206709
ECU Hardware Version No: 0x0
Software No: 1277356451
Software Version No: 0x13
Omolgation code: BLANK
ISO COde: 7C 86 E 80 E5
Reprogramming/Production Date: 20 01 03 16

If anyone can help/look it up for me on somehting or point me in the right direction it would be very helpful.

Cheers
G

Remove your VIN number from there, not a good idea to post it in a public forum!

I'm sure the "20 01 03" date shows that the ECU was updated in 2003, don't know if that is the latest though.
