Agreed....a good soaking in WD40 or equivalent a few days before attacking it is well worthwhile.....the long bottom bolt that runs through the bottom of the strut and the two lateral tie arms can be very hard to move. Whilst you have it apart - or before you start

- also check the condition of the bushes in the lateral arms - its a lot easier to change them all in one hit rather than have to do the job again later......
