I take it you have done similar jobs before, you cant do this wih marks though, you need a guage to asess TDC via a spark plug aperture then the correct engine cam locks which bolt over the lobes.
You then fit the belt, and tensioner, and loosen off the cam pulleys to get rid of slack between them with the cams locked in place.
You will need a cranked ring spanner for the tensioner.
