Problem with air cond
The relay contact which energizes the air cond compressor's magnetic clutch keeps opening and closing whenever the compressor is on load (not idling).
I'm thinking of checking the min and max pressure switch and also the trinary pressure switch, and also if there is any actual fluctuation in the refrigerant pressure.
I can't think of why does the car needs the trinary pressure switch, which has the following specs:
1. opens at 2.45 bar, closes at 2.85 bar
2. closes at 15.2 bar, closes at 11.28 bar
3. opens at 28 bar, closes at 22 bar
Any idea why it needs the 3 levels?
Oh..its a boxer 1.7 btw.
