I got an NTK sensor from ebay.
Buy one with a plug attached, if you can help it. The very cheap ones have just plain wires and you have to cut the plug off your old sensor and splice the wires to the new lambda. Apart from the wires are very thin and difficult to splice/keep connected/waterproof, you also have to wonder that if they scrimped on a plug, how great quality is the rest of the sensor.
An NTK or good other OE brand, with a plug attached will give you better readings and last longer.
