Is the pin not something you can daub in WD40 and hit out with a hammer? From my experience there is sometimes a retaining clip on one end of the pin that can be removed and the pin should come out. You'll perhaps have to waggle (not too vigorously of course) the door a little as the pin can be a very tight fit especially with the weight of the door.
If its actually broken and inside the hinge then you may have to be patient with the old WD40 and try knocking it through with a blunt nail or small cylinder of metal with a hammer?
Not sure of any other way
