how much ignition advance is needed for 1.7 16v?

please enlighten me

problem is: 0 ignition advance at IDLE.
146 1.7 16v boxer (motronic 2.10.3) electronic injection.

have advance only at cold fire up (18 degrees), when rpms are up for enrichment.
when hotter, Multiecuscan shows 0 advance.
strobo light when connectet to Cyl 1 wire, fires exactly at 0 TDC.

as i know, advance must be ~10-20 at idle for most of engines.
when accelerating i get >30 advance. should be good.

i blocked idle air distributor, thinking if it gets too much air in, ecu has to retard ignition to compensate extra air (result is low vacuum?), but got only random 0-3 degrees advance and vacuum is the same low. (i opened both throttle body bypasses a bit to level rpms ~950).
MAF Air quantity - 12-15 at idle
MAF Desired air q - ~9 at idle and not changing.

manual says, advance is calculated from MAF & RPM & air temp correction. they are working fine and have no errors.

is there a problem?

p.s. tested 1.6 8v boxer, strobo light is ~5-10 degrees advancing at idle.
