Halfords have got themselves confused about pads and consequently have some rears for about £10.
They are Ferodo and you will need to check similar models in the book and compare them with yours.
I think they're FDB409.
There's a small difference with the backing plate that is mechanically no difference.
You can see the pads they would sell you on the left (the old ones) and the 409s on the right.
Is your handbrake freezing on? or do you gave the perception that the cable has stretched? I unnecessarily replaced a handbrake cable last year when the problem was a self-adjuster on the caliper that needed freeing up.
