Can you pump it up, or pull the pedal back up even just a little? If the slave fails I would expect fluid loss, if master cylinder then the piston is not moving the fluid. Another thought a bit unlikely in a week, but the clutch plate can stick to the flywheel. Usually takes a lot more than a week. Probably the slave failed.
The standard cure for a sticking clutch is to warm up the engine, take it for a drive, get highest gear possible and full throttle with brakes, jabbing or pumping the clutch pedal. It is better not to try this without some experience of driving without the clutch. This procedure can be achieved without having three feet.
