If these have both been on 15" rims then the correct size is probably the 195/55 rather than 185/60.
185/60 is a higher profile tyre (higher sidewall in relation to the width) but it's not much bigger overall (about 6mm across the whole diameter). I'm guessing these were fitted because there were no 195/55 available when the prvious owner wanted/needed them.
A lower profile tyre looks better and the smaller sidewall means less flex which sharpens up the steering and improves direction change/reduces roll compared to a higher profile tyre.
The flip-side is that a toooo low profile tyre is less good at damping out road shocks so offers a harder ride (less comfortable).
Higher profile tyre also needs less reinforcement of the tyre wall so is easier to make and a bit cheaper than a low profile job... though 185/60 and 195/55 can't be too much different in price.
Personally.. I'd go with a 205/50 ... It's the same size again (give or take) as 195/55 and 185/60.... but is wider and relatively lower.. though 50% aspect ratio (the ... /50 part) is still plenty enough side-wall to maintain some comfort.
No bullets for Chaingun..
