Re: Engine Oil pressure low
Well, there's quite a lot of points in your post.
Firstly, I think you are probably using too think an oil. Check the handbook, and make sure its the right viscocity, a thicker oil will help increase pressure. Giving it an oil change will also help.
Secondly, I think you should really be getting about 1.5 bar at cold, so your pressure is a bit low. When hot a low reading of 0.2 bar at idle is just about okay, but if the lights coming on I think it does indicate that your engine is on the way out. My 33 started doing that after mortorway journey's, and after 3 or four months I had to replace the engine.
