hi Manos, saw your work on other forum, nice work.
mine sometimes is stalling at cold start cause of bad working maf. while driving ecu gets faulty readings (too less air) and makes huge corrections to fuel injectors leaning them, but air gets in more in reality, so what do we get? lean condition.
in the morning engine stalls, if not pushing accelerator for a while. feels like one cyl is not working.
if i first reset ecu, engine starts normally.
so waiting for new maf.. maybe you have something similar? or you have other faulty sensor ecu is listening to
one of reasons engine can not start if it is too lean/too rich, yes?
look at 'self adaptive FRA parameter' in diagnostic program if it is in not too far from 0. but maybe my problem is too specific and rare to adapt yours.
interested, what did you use to balance throttle bodies? i just connect two cylinders with one transparent house with color water in it, and see which side it wants to go, if that side is sucking it, i release a bit vacuum screw. don`t know how correct is this way.
i have horrible idle after rebuild, hear some vacuum leak near 1 cyl, but can not find where..
tried to swap idle air house with cyl3, result the same. if i disconect cyl1 injector, vacuum sound stops..
will disassembe a bit, thinking about gasket between throttle body and head, or cyl1 throttle body plate is leaking, or something else..
