Cutting out and jerking

I hope someone can assist me with this problem?

I was driving on the free way at about 80km/h and then the car strated slowing down. When I down shifted the engine would rev up but then the revs would drop to 2000rpm. I down shifted again and it did the same thing and it eventually cut out. I started trhe car and it drove fine. A few days later when I pulled off from a traffic light it would rev up to 200rpm but then it would cut the power off, i shifted up and the car would rev to 2000 rpm again and then power would be cut off eventually the car stalled. I started it up and a few kilometers down the road it started jerking when I pulled off from a stop street but then it drove fine.

It could be fuel, or sparks ... but the problem is likely to be electrical (feed to them)

You need to eliminate each one in turn. Start with the fuel pump relays since they're in the engine room and get wet/damp and corroded...

Make sure the BBoB is all good (the relays and connectors under the black covers next to the battery).

It might be worth fitting a new TDC sensor.. but that's a more unlikely one.
