The Central Locking... If you can lock the door with the key (it should trip the c/locking) then the problem is probably with the C/L mechanism.
If you can't lock the door with the key, then that's why the C/L doesn't work.
The door lock isn't all that complicated though. Put some WD40 and white grease in there and try to free it up using the key. The lock just turns an arm which "trips" the C/L to lock the door.. so when you have the lock exposed, try to move that rod by hand to see if you can make the C/L trip. It'll help you narrow down what's causing the problem.
Window switch.. take off the switch and connect up the one from the passenger door. That will eliminate or prove that the switch is the problem. Otherwise most commonly you could have a worn actuator on the window (new parts time and bring a credit card) but it may be something cheaper, like a bad supply or duff relay etc.
The fan... stick a live feed to the radiator fan to see if it comes on. If it does, then it could be the fan relay or fuse... or a wiring/connector fault. Find out what bit doesn't work. In my experience, the fan is pretty indestructible, so look at the fuse - it may just have popped through fatigue or a spike.
