By a very simple fact, when I had oil changes with the Selenia Oil I had to refill about 2L all in all before the next Oil change ... I then wondered because it is not normal to me to refill that much oil within 20.000 Km, so I changed for Agip and now I refill less than 1L Oil from change to change ... I used Selenia 5W30 and 10W40 back and now I use Agip 5W40 ... if you ask me I'll claim that the Selenia Oil either heats to much and evaporates, or it just pi55es out of the engine somewhere ... crap Oil
And besides that the Selenia is far to expensive compared to other well known brands as Shell Oil, Castrol, Elf, Agip etc ...
Just had service done @ Intaservices Leicester (alfa specialists).
Thankfully nothing serious needed doing, apart from a small oil leak possibly from 5th gear housing, but Dave (I think?) tightened up the bolts which hopefully may cure it !
Would definately recommend Intaservices , they really know their stuff, plus theyre cheaper than alfa main dealer. Was £70 for 84k service which aint bad.
