Yes.. the NTK one is made by NGK so it's a proper doodah with a plug moulded to the end of the wires, so you can connect it to your car's connector plug.
The cheap lambda sensors don't have a brand name and they have no plug, so you have to cut the plug off your old lambda and join the wires to the wires on the end of the new sensor. This possibly causes some of the problems.
I've tried Bosch (perfect but expensive) an NTK (good and cheaper) and also a cheapo.... worked okay for a while but then failed ... and for the money, I'd go NTK.
