Help Fuel injection warning light

I have a 145 cloverleaf. When car is warmed up and on deceleration at higher speeds, the red fuel injection light comes on for a while. It usually goes off again when I have increased speed for a few seconds. I read in the manual that if it stays on permanently, to contact the alfa garage - but, as yet, it is still on temporary but frequent.

I have an oil leak too. Could this be part of the problem that's causing it?

Can anyone advise?

Thank you
