If you look under the back of car you will see that on an the OEM system where the backbox connects to the centre silencer (large triangular shaped box) there is no bolted or sleeved join to enable you to unbolt and remove just the backbox. The whole system right back to the catalytic converter has been fabricated as one complete piece.
The Ragazzon kit is nice but very expensive. If you have the option of getting a custom stainless system built to your car then it is usually a much cheaper to get done and will be just as good as a Ragazzon if using an experienced exhaust system fabricator.
The CSC systems aren't full stainless (they're just steel with a hard textured black chip resistant coating on) and even though they are showing as being available for purchase, there was some doubt a few years back as to whether or not CSC were still actually making these for the 145/146 so it would be best to check direct with CSC first.
Some people have de-catted their cars but it's a real pain in the UK because the annual MOT won't pass without a cat fitted (will fail on the emissions test). This means that if UK owners do a de-cat they have to put it back in again every year for the MOT which is a hassle. And doing that doesn't address the problem of potentially being stopped, checked and fined by VOSA roadside patrols between MOTs. I'm not sure what testing or how strict they are with car emissions in Slovakia so those issues may not apply to you.
