Thinkin' bout a 164 / 164Q

[EDIT: Thread closed and new thread opened in '164 & 166' lounge. (Thinkin' about a 164 / 164Q...)

Hey there,

I have recently convinced myself that I want to upgrade from my 33 to a 3.0L 164. I have begun having look around the traps at what is on the market, and here in Australia, there seems to be the more standard 164's, or the 164Q, which is a MUCH rarer car here in Aus.

Now the Quadrifoglio really does take my fancy with the bodykit, and the fact that they all seem to be manual. What are the other main differences between the standard 164 and the 164Q in Australia? Seeing that a standard 164 can be picked up for AUD$8-12k, and the Q is $16-20k, is the Q-mdl worth it?

And is there any common things to watch for when buying a 164 or 164Q?

Lastly, does anyone know how many 164Q's were imported to Australia?

Comments appreciated
