Stuff stolen from my 145.
I had a bad week last week...
First, somebody cut the signal wire on our newly installed satelite dish... they has to climb a gate and had to have seen it since installing it a week ago... like WTF is that in aid of???
Anyhow, on Saturday night, some dirty knacker took stuff from me car.
I was parked on a backstreet outside the GF's place, and went into town.
On Sunday morning, I went out to get a pair of runners she had left in the back seat, to my surprise they were missing... I thought nothing of it at first, thinking that maybe I had put them out at home. But then I realised that my fold-up chair I had on the back seat was also missing!
Luckly, I had taken the display off my radio, and had my CD's (all 100 orignal, no copies!) hidden away!
When unlocking the car on Sunday morning, the alarm seemed to be set, but I noticed that the doors locked and unlocked, so I hit the button again (setting the alarm) and opened the door, setting the alarm off...
That usualy means that a lock failed to engage correctly.
So, may I ask, other than if the passenger door was ajar, is there any cause for the central locking to disengage at any point? Could a thief have caused an event to pop the doors (like the slam bonnet on the cars in the early 90's to pop the locks.).
