Suspension and brake mods

Alright peeps,

Looking for some advice on suspension and brake mods.

I`m upgrading the brake discs and pads. Fitting anti-roll bars front and back and shortly after that adjustable dampers and possibly adjustable springs. The products I was looking at are as follows:
red-dot 20 groove discs front and back(from alfa owner shop)
either Ferodo or red-dot fast road pads
Eibach anti-roll bars
Either Novitec fully adjustable dampers and springs or
Koni fully adjustable set-up.

Basically just wondering if people have done any of the above mods themselves? Money well spent ?

I`ve had a search of the forum and can`t seem to find that many people having done any mods/upgrades.

Re: Suspension and brake mods

I have reddot dics and pads. Well worth there money, but i would go for 6 groves. I upgraded from OEM discs a Freodo pads. and the red dot setup is loads better.

There a few poeple on with mods on there 145's

I would love to put Eibach anti-roll bars on my car. As a few people with other amkes of cars says these make more difference than lowering your car. I think someone here has the on there 155.

Re: Suspension and brake mods

I've upgraded my front and rear pads to Ferodo DS2500s with oem disks. Big difference, I've braked hard a few times to see how quickly they could stop me and it felt like my car was trying to throw me out the window.

Can't comment on any other disks/pads though.

I'm currently using the standard disks & Ferodo DS2000 pads, whilst they may cost a fair bit for jsut pads, they are unbelievable with standard disks!

From personal experience can recommend Red Dot grooved discs and pads, although I use six grooves. Eibach springs are definately a great improvement giving better all round handling with no noticeable loss of comfort.
