If it's the same as the 145/6 tanks, then it's not the worst job. Make sure you have less than ~10l left in the tank, I had just about that much, and it was flowing out the breather at the side.
You need good clearance underneath, access to exhaust required...
Loosen and free-up handbrake cables, exhaust goes out, remove/bend heat sheilding as required, disconnect all pipes/wires from top, remove breather from side (tricky removing/reinstalling this as hooks around the axle), push out the plastic retainers from spare wheel bay and from under passenger seats, support tank on trolly jack, loosen retaining screws and drop onto ground.
