One of the differences with ABS is that more fluid is in the system. You will need the guts of a liter. Also, instead of having the master cylinder distribute the fluid to all four caplipers, it just goes to the ABS servo which itself does the distribution.
On the 145/146 the clutch feeds from the same system as the brakes.
If your fluid is red (that means it's old), it will make the job easier, otherwise, you won't be able to tell the fresh fluid from the old stuff!
You can pick up a handy Laser branded 'one-man bleader kit' from motor factors. I have found it of reasonable quality.
