They can fix anything - it's just a case of how badly you want that engine.
New valves and pistons are fairly obvious but you'll also have to check the bores for damage, the con-rods for true (they bend occassionally) and all the bearings and crank journals, as all the impact goes through there - you'll almost certainly have grazed shells.
If the head has dents, they'll fill the marks with weld and re-machine them.
Depending on the damage and the cost and quality (2nd hand?) of replacement parts, then one option will tend to suggest itself as the most cost effective.
If you have £1500 today, then you'll probably be able to save just about anything.
