Yes, I had two missed gears yesterday... Crunch! The gear selectors need to get a good supply of warm oil before the become smooth and light. It's also affecting the bearings on my box... I'm begining to suspect that I have low oil in the G/B...

Cold spell hasn't affect the steering or gearbox as far as in aware in five years of ownership (or at least I hadn't noticed). Only thing I do ever get is the old problem of rev surging first thing after start up but that soon settles down.

Also the odd frozen door!
