Help does boxer engine really needed?


as my budget was limiting me to choose either to do port & polish or engine balancing, i'm in great dillema now to choose which should be done 1st. any comments guy?

Balancing first (& lightening) - the bottom end.. crank, rods, pistons... & cam & pulleys..

Then you can run the engine until you are ready for the port & polish & just whip the heads off without needing to remove & strip the entire engine, as would be required with full balancing..

Apart from that, lightening will make the beast smoother running and just plain nicer to use.
