If the clutch judders (or vibrates) just when you're changing gear.. moving the clutch pedal in and out.. then that's very likely to be the clutch... especially at your mileage.. clutches usually last 50,000 miles/80,000kms.
If it vibrates when the car is just coasting (if you leave the clutch alone but just take your foot off the accelerator) or just when you press the accelerator (again, leaving the clutch alone) ... then it could be a gearbox mount.
The gearbox mounts are just a bit piece of metal, like a bracket, with a rubber bush bonded to it. You just unbolt the mount and put a new one in there. Some people dismantle the bush and fit a new rubber piece.. it's cheaper.. but you need a bush from somewhere that fits. Anyway.. the simplest solution is a straight swap. It's a slightly awkward job but not technically complicated. You don't need to open the gearbox cases to fit a new mount.
Gearboxes usually make a whining noise or have a difficult shift or crunch when you change gear or pop out of gear. They don't usually just vibrate.
