Ok, the car will most likely be going through BCA Newport sometime later this week or early next.
The faults I identified are as follows...
The brakes are s@#t and need new pads and discs all round
The airbag warning light is on
The central locks but won't unlock
The stereo is badly wired in to the amp
The battery keeps going flat (disconnected the amp but still happens)
Every panel has a bump, dink, scrape, or rust
The aux belt is squealing
The tyres need replacing
On the plus side, the service history would suggest it has been regularly serviced and I managed to track down confirmation the timing belt and head gasket was changed in Dec 2008.
Oh and it does have a lovely tan leather interior.
I am going to see a 2000 Fiat Punto GT, one owner, 63k miles and no modifications later this week, fingers crossed it'll be a bit better than the 145.

I'll update again when the car is taken to BCA for those interested.
