145 Cloverleaf Clutch
I drove to work yesterday very early in the freezing cold, everything was fine except for relatively low engine temp (Thermostat does need replacing but a taped up rad is helping for the mean time).
However after about 45 mins cruising on the motorway with no gear changes, pulled up at a roundabout to find very little pressure in the clutch. A minute or so of pumping the pedal and I could get a gear in again, drove another 45 mins of motorway with no gear changes, came to a stop and had the same issue. After some more pumping clutch worked again and around town it seemed ok.
Is this simply a cold related issue or an indication of deeper problems? Slave cylinder was changed not long ago and have had no clutch issues at all since then.
Thanks for any input,
