Either or really i think! I have been looking at them also recently and included pipercross and autodelta in my decision. Pipercross and autodelta are foam based which doesnt read very good sometimes (something about dust/small dirt getting through the filter)

But both of the ones you mention are very similar, mesh, layers and oiled. Id go for whatever one you can get cheapest to be honest, which should be the k & n i think

I had a panel filter (KN one) on my last 145, TBH, it doesnt add much to the sound of the car, although I feel it made it rev easier.

My current 145 has a KN Cone filter - i prefer the sound of this.

My advice would be, if you like induction roar, get a cone filter. You may want to think about a cold air intake to the filter too!

I recently bought an Autodelta Air Filter.

Very happy with it.

Can here more of an induction roar from the engine under revs.

i made my own induction kit from from ebay bought a nice red silicone hose, a 45 degree stainless bend and a huge race k&n. sounds the nuts looks great and came in cheaper than the 57i kit on ebay. made the mid range much better
