Steering Improvenment

Ive just fitted new anti roll bar drop links to the cloverleaf and judging by the state of the rubber bushes (they literally fell apart) they must have been originals from 1998! Dealers want nearly 50 for 1!! Managed to get them from shop4parts for half this. Car now feels more planted on the road with a slightly sharper turn in. With this im ordering new track rod ends to further improve the steering feel as they have probably been on since new as well.

To be fair the 145 steering feels pretty sharp so hopefully these replacement parts will give the car a lift. The only bushes I cant get to are the ones that connect the roll bar to the body, to be honest they look a bit of a pig to change. Anyone on here done it?

145 Cloverleaf

They are a bit annoying, you have to take the roll bar off. Poly ones made by superpro are available. The old bush has to be burnt out and the the poly one lubed up and slipped over the bar and into the collar.
