Re: Tyre Wear
Common problem with Alfa's.
My 147 did it with a pair of Goodyears; I had everything checked and all was in order.
When I got my Cloverleaf, it has the most awful set of front tyres (Kumho Ecsta's) which lasted about 3000 miles before the inner edges were off. I replaced them with Pirelli P6000's (I know there are members who dont like these, but by the by), also got the tracking done with the laser and they've been OK. After 3 yrs and 12k they're off again and that's with all the usual checks again too.
Whatever you do, dont buy cheap tyres as it's false economy. I've found Toyo Proxes to be a good balance between longevity and economy.
