Replacement side skirt for 1996 145 Cloverleaf

Hi all
Can you please suggest where I might get a replacement for a broken side skirt on our 1996 145 Cloverleaf?

It was reversed (in the dark) down a gently sloping driveway with the nearside rear wheel inadvertently riding along the top of a horizontal low brick wall. When it got to the end of the wall (which about 8ins high at this point) the wheel dropped down to the level of the driveway and the weight of the car snapped the side skirt and presumably the car rested on the sill for a while.

I have also noticed that the boot door now no longer shuts properly - it has to be slammed really hard to latch it and if it's not shut the boot light is on and presumably draining the battery. It doesn't look as if the boot door panel is out of alignment but maybe something was bent in the impact - any suggestions welcome.

We have comp insurance with protected NCD on this car (as it's in good condition and has only done 22K) - so perhaps we should just claim and get it repaired by esure.
