Front Fogs

Hi all, i know this is a minor problem but it is irritating nontheless. I need to replace the bulb in one of my front fogs, 97 1.8ts 146 btw, but the screws have corroded so much that they are falling apart. local motor factors and dealer are no use what so ever. I was just wondering if anyone had any of these things lying around that I could purchase. i have the bulb, but dare not do anything with the screws as that would leave me with nothing holding the thing in. Any help would be gratefully recieved.

Happy xmas,

Re: Front Fogs

The screws can be a real pain to remove, often shearing or rounding off, but IIRC you can access the bulb without removing the unit - just twist out the bulb cover on the rear, and remove the bulb...

I'll need to wait until I next visit my workshop to confirm this, 'cos I could be talking loxbol - doubtless someone else can confirm.....
