If it's the front suspension then it'll most likely be the top mount bearings. KYB do a set including the protection kit for about 80euro IIRC. Depending on the mileage of the car you might replace the shocks while yer at it
It is clunking because the standard suspension is 4" across and there is a shim that goes between the top mount and the top of the suspension so that they work together which cannot be fitted with the KW's.
sounds like one of your springs is probably broken. check your front struts. if you carry out a close visual examination of your front springs it will be obvious if one is broken. if you can't see either the top or bottom ends of the springs then run your fingers over them and check for a broken ends. based on what you've said you've probably got a broken piece of spring lodged in the rest of the spring on one of your sruts.
No idea matey, I downloaded a manual of the KW website as I was looking into the variant 1's, they are based in Kent, it may be worth giving them a call for support I also read that they have some kind of exchange policy.
I wonder if they've destroyed one of the top mount bearings in the process of fitting it? Any bud, they haven't done the job to your satifaction, so get the car back to them to sort out for FREE. It's thier obligation to hand the car back to you in a SAFE condition, it's what you paid for.
Well basically I should have RTFM'd it as in the instructions it says to fit the Fiat parts that where mentioned. Bollicks is all I can another trip down to waterford lol. I hope there isn't any damage done.
