Help Heeelp, Leaking Steering Rack

Can anybody assist with a way to seal a leaking steering rack for the 145 2.0 TS.
I was told by the Alfa dealership to change the whole rack, aaaargh what costs.
I am sure there are seals on rod ends that can be replaced once identified.

Anybody who knows more....please!

I would need to import the parts to Botswana which would also be costly if bulky or heavy, that's why I am looking for the revision parts.

Thanks a lot for any hints

Re: Heeelp, Leaking Steering Rack

If you try these guys.... Drivelink manufacture precision driveshafts , CV joints , steering racks , pumps they refurb alot of steering racks, driveshafts etc for Alfa dealerships, I'm sure they'd be able to help you out with the specific parts etc you require. No harm in trying anyway.
