Silver GT 3.2 V6

Another lambda sensor!

MOT time again on Thursday and guess what - my 145QV failed for the second year running on emissions

For the second year running a new lambda sensor required. Last year I fitted one myself but this time I did not have time (and it should be covered by the extended warranty inc MOT cover that I took out) so took it to my local specialist. Now hoping the warranty co will pay out the 130!

Anyone else find that 2.0TS cars eat lambda sendors?

Afraid they least on 155's anyway! My Twinny (1.8) had four and the V6 is on its second

I'm wondering if something else could be wrong causing the car to overfuel at times in turn killing the lambda.

If you search ebay under lambda sensors there is a guy selling genuine sensors for 22 delivered.
