Putting a 2.0 litre V6 TB engine into a 145...

I'm curious if it is possible to put a v6 TB engine to a 145 (of course it depends on the budget we have)

Is the engine put transverse in 166 or GTV? If it is, maybe we have a chance.

I know there is a 2.5 v6 145 and a 3 litre 12v but this sounded better to me as we can put better mods in this machine. And it's a turbo!!!

If not will a 155 Q4 engine fit? If it's transverse it will take lesser space than a V6.

I know it will probably cost 12000 euros or so...

Thanks for you comments...

for 12,000 Euros you could buy a whole car and probably quite a good one...take the engine and sell the body.............

try looking at salvage shops too like cleave motors

Theres an Italian market GTV with a 2.0 v6 turbo (for tax purposes).

If its power you want then obviously the 16v turbo engine from Q4/Fiat coupe/Lancia Integrale is the easiest in terms of available tuning parts - I personally dont thinkt he 145 chassis is capable of handling circa 300bhp though......

Then theres the 20v turbo 5 pot from the Fiat coupe/Lancia kappa etc......

bottom line - anythings possible with enough money.
