Hot weather = naff performance
I'm loving this hot weather in the UK at the moment apart from the fact that its seeems to be seriously affecting the performance of my motor (2000 145 cloverleaf).
The car is well down on power with response being v.sluggish. With the aircon on (which isnt the greatest) the car is seriously slow (more like a 1.4 not a 2 litre flier!)
I know that increase in air temp = decrease oxygen density. but on a modern engine with a complicated airbox i would not expect such a noticable difference.
Are other people getting peeved like me?
Roll on winter!!!!!!
