I can read perfectly well thanks Lee, But I still think you behaved like a Prat. Someone will eventually own those Cars, new or courtesy. Behaving like that is hardly likely to help your situation is it?
I have always had courtesy cars from both the Alfa dealers I have used, OK sometimes you have to wait a bit longer, but you can't expect any business to have a stock of assets as expensive as Cars hung at the back of the door. Most dealers will also give priority to people who have bought Cars from them, (Not Me BTW) which may seem unfair to you, but if the Boot was on the other foot, you would probably agree with them.
Stock of spare parts is most Alfa dealers achilees heel, it is more than likely down to the supply chain which is out of their hands. My own Car is waiting for a new Computer screen at the moment, the parts coming from Italy, probably on a very slow Boat.
BTW I am not trying to pick a fight here, just commenting as I see it, so lets keep it freindly.
