I did, and within a few weeks I have a few more! The boot, both doors and another dash one...like a never ending battle! wink
I didn't take the top half off, I did the centre and the lower halves both sides. Once these were off I could see the screws for removing the top. You also have to take the dials out (torx screwdriver needed) and slide the plastic trim at the bottom off.
Going back to the lower halves, there are also scews behind the plastic inserts where the air vents join the doors.
And more screws for the top half behind the heater controls.
I dont know how much more is involved in taking the top off though,
