One more thingy, when you're at the timing belt replacement, replace the oil seals too and any of the belts - aircon, cam, alternator etc.
This is a once-every-60k km maintenance job. I recently did mine at 85K, and this is stretching it a bit too thin, especially I'm from the tropics.
