Brake Pads - DIY

I am about to renew my brake pads on my 145QV. I will be doing the rear ones first but will have to do the front in due course. As I haven't yet bought the workshop manual(s) does anyone have any torque settings that I should know - or indeed any advice.

I am fairly compitent having worked on many cars but this is the first time on my Alfa.

Just remember the piston in the caliper winds back in, you can use a G clamp & large gripper to squeeze & turn the caliper to get it back in
