Replaced clutch slave cylinder, very straight forward, nothing untoward happened, no pitfalls to warn about.
After removing battery tray it was all accessible.
Like previous post I too am averse to working on engines nowadays, however I am even more loathe to pay £57 an hour labour to an Alfa dealer.
There is no seal repair kit available and so I had to get a new cylinder from Alfa, I was extremely suprised it only cost &40 (incl VAT). Mind you it had Girling stamped on it and came from Fiat so it is probably pretty universal, still a nice suprise though!
